At Atlas and Gray, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to help.


Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags or labels are still attached.
  • The item is not a custom order or was purchased during our sales.

We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns.
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  • Contact us via email or send us a WhatsApp message at 08126610314.
  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for your return or exchange.

Note:

  • If the error is on our part (wrong item, incorrect size, or color), we will cover the return shipping fee.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Atlas and Gray is not liable for returned items lost in transit.

Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your new item is on the way.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If your order arrives with a wrong or damaged item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the received item
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will make it right — and very fast.
